‘Tesori di Puglia’ brings together three single-variety olive oils from the same Salento-based mill – a medium-fruity oil with bitter and peppery notes, a more complex and robust one, and a balanced oil ideal for raw fish and vegetable dishes – so that whoever receives this gift can appreciate the different ways they can be used in the kitchen. They are produced by Frantoio Congedi, which processes the olives using cold-press extraction in Ugento, in the province of Lecce.
