1. Premise and application of the General Conditions
These general conditions of sale (hereinafter, "General Conditions") govern the purchase of goods and services, carried out remotely and offered, through the internet, on the www.longospeciality.it website (hereinafter, the “Website”) in accordance with Italian legislation as established under Legislative Decree 206/2005 and subsequent amendments and additions (hereinafter, “Consumer Code”). The seller of the products and owner of the Website is: Longo un Mondo di Specialità with registered office at Via Viscarda, 22 – 20010 San Giorgio su Legnano (MI), Fiscal Code/ VAT no. and Milan Company Register no. 11667830159, REA no.: ….- Email address: email@example.com (hereinafter, “Longospeciality”). A customer who enters the Website to make purchases (hereinafter, "Client") must, before submitting an order, carefully read these General Conditions, which have been made available on the Website and which the Client may consult at any time including via the link contained in the email confirming every order to enable them to be reproduced and saved. Should the party making purchases on the Website request an invoice and/or not be a "customer or user" as defined under Art. 3, paragraph 1, letter a) of the Consumer Code, then the provisions regarding cancellation set out under Clauses 7 and 8 of these General Conditions and, more generally, the provisions that according to the Consumer Code apply to "customers" only, shall not be applicable. Contracts finalised with Longospeciality through the Website are governed by these General Conditions in accordance with Italian law. The language available for concluding contracts is Italian.

The information and characteristics related to the Products are available, with the relevant Product codes, on the Website. The visual representation of the Products on the Website, where available, usually corresponds to the photographic image provided on the description sheet. It shall remain understood that the Product images are intended solely for the purpose of presenting them for sale and they may not be perfectly representative of their characteristics and qualities and may differ in terms of colour and size. Should there be a difference between the image and the written product sheet, then the description on the product sheet should be relied upon.
4. Prices and delivery
Product prices include all taxes and levies. All prices are expressed in euros.
Deliveries within Italy:
For the Municipality of Legnano, single tariff for any weight and number of packs, €5.00 (€4.10 + VAT)
For Milan and province, 1-2 packs, max. 10 Kg €11.96 (€9.80 + VAT)
For Milan and province, 1-2 packs, weighing over 10kg, or for all of Italy for 1-2 packs weighing less than 10kg, €16.84 (€13.80 + VAT)
For all of Italy, for 1-2 packs, weighing over 10kg, or for 3-4 packs of any weight, €29.28 (€24.00 + VAT)
For all of Italy, for 5-6 packs, of any weight, €37.82 (€31.00 + VAT)
For all of Italy, for 7-8 packs, of any weight, €45.75 (€37.50 + VAT)
For all of Italy, for 9-10 packs, of any weight, €56.12(€46.00 + VAT)
Deliveries outside of Italy:
For member countries of the old EEC: (Austria, Belgium, Corsica, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Great Britain and the United Kingdom, Spain, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Principality of Monaco, Norway, Holland, Portugal, Sweden, Turkey) 1-2 packs, any weight, €68.32 (€56.00 + VAT)
For member countries of the new EEC: (Bulgaria, Cyprus, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania; Malta, Poland, Czech Republic, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary) 1-2 Packs, €114.68 (€94.50 + VAT)
For all countries not mentioned or for a number of packs greater than the number indicated, it will not be possible to place the order online, but a personalised quotation may be requested. Once Longospeciality has agreed the price of the order, the Client shall be able to finalise the transaction directly via the Website, retrieving the order from his/her profile.
5. Payment method
The Client shall be able to pay for each order separately or make a single payment by selecting several orders saved under his/her profile. If due to the quantities required or special circumstances the orders cannot be processed automatically, then the Client may request direct contact with a sales person via the Website. Due to the features of this Website, Clients may decide to invoice orders a long time after saving them in their profiles. We advise users to avoid this option since the products saved in the shopping cart may no longer be available.
5.1 Payment methods
The Client may pay the price of the Products and the associated delivery charges by credit card or PayPal. Credit Card The credit cards accepted for making purchases on the Website are: Visa / Visa Electron, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club International. To guarantee maximum security, the Client will perform the payment transaction directly on the bank's secure server. The Website will not store the Client's credit card number. The credit institution concerned uses the SSL protocol to encrypt the data transmitted between the server and the Client's browser. PayPal Once the order has been confirmed, the Client shall be redirected to PayPal's website where he/she will be able to make the payment using his/her account or a card, including pre-paid cards, or according to the methods accepted by PayPal and in accordance with the relevant conditions.
5.2 Invoicing orders
Should the purchase be made by a professional, then an invoice may be requested by ticking the relevant box during the order process and entering his/her invoicing details including his/her fiscal code and/or VAT number. In this case, the invoice will be available by accessing his/her profile on the Website. The professional shall be responsible for correctly entering the invoice details and is expressly informed that, if an invoice is not requested during the order process, then it will not be possible to request one later on.
6. Transport and delivery
The Products purchased via the Website shall be delivered to the address indicated by the Client during the purchase process in the "Delivery Details" field.
7. Guarantee and Non-compliance
In the event of any non-compliance found in Products sold by Longospeciality, the Client must immediately contact our Customer Care Service using the contact form available on the Website under the “Contacts” tab or telephone our Customer Care Service on 0331402194.
The sale of the Products is covered by the legal guarantees set out under Articles 129, 130 and 132 of the Consumer Code. The Client has the right, at his/her own discretion, provided that the Product type allows it and without charge, to have the compliance of the Product restored by means of repair or substitution, or to an appropriate reduction of the price or cancellation of the contract. The Client shall lose these rights if he/she fails to report the non-conformity to Longospeciality within two months of the date on which he/she discovered the defect, provided that it does not relate to a product that, by its very nature, is perishable or subject to expiry within a shorter time period, in which case the defect must be reported within that shorter period of time.
8. Errors and limitation of liability
The information on the Products supplied via the Website is constantly updated. However, it is not possible to guarantee a complete absence of errors for which, therefore, Longospeciality shall not be considered liable, except in the event of intentional wrongdoing or gross negligence. Longospeciality reserves the right to correct errors, inaccuracies and omissions even after an order has been submitted, or to amend or update the information at any time without prior notice, without prejudice to the rights of the Client under these General Conditions and the Consumer Code. Except in the event of intentional wrongdoing or gross negligence, the Client shall have no right to compensation for damages or payment of an indemnity, and there shall be no contractual or non-contractual liability for direct or indirect damages to people and/or things, provoked by a failure, including a partial failure, to accept or fulfil an order. Longospeciality promotes responsible consumption of alcohol and shall not accept any liability, except for intentional wrongdoing or gross negligence, in the event of purchases being made by persons under 16 years old.

13. Applicable law and jurisdiction
The sales contract between the Client and Longospeciality shall be understood to have been formed in Italy and is governed by Italian Law. With regard to the resolution of disputes concerning the interpretation, execution or cancellation of these General Conditions or of individual purchase orders if the Client is a consumer pursuant to the Consumer Code, the Court of the municipality where the Client is resident or domiciled, if located in Italy, shall have exclusive jurisdiction; in all other cases, the Courts of Milan shall have exclusive territorial competence, with all other jurisdictions being excluded.
Pursuant to Article 1341 of the Italian Civil Code, the Client confirms that he/she has read and specifically accepts the following clauses of these General Conditions: 6 (Liability for late delivery), 10 (Power to correct errors - exclusions from liability).
