1. Introduction and effectiveness of the General Terms and Conditions
These general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter referred to as the "General Terms and Conditions") regulate the purchase of products and services carried out remotely and made available through the Internet by the website www.longospeciality.it (hereinafter referred to as the "Website") in compliance with the Italian law set out in Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 and subsequent amendments and additions (hereinafter referred to as the "Consumer Code"). The seller of the products and owner of the Website is: Longo un Mondo di Specialità with registered office in Corso Italia, 43 - Legano (MI), C.F/ P.I. 11667830159 and registration with the Companies' Register of Milan no., REA: 1488127 - E-mail address: firstname.lastname@example.org (hereinafter "Longospeciality"). The consumer who accesses the Website to make purchases (hereinafter the "Customer") is required, before placing an order, to carefully read these General Terms and Conditions, which have been made available to him/her on the Website and which can be consulted at any time by the Customer also through the link contained in the confirmation email of each order in order to allow him/her to reproduce and save them. If the person making purchases on the Website requires the issuing of an invoice and/or is not a "consumer or user" as defined in article 3, paragraph 1, letter a) of the Consumers' Code, the withdrawal rules set out in articles 7 and 8 of these General Terms and Conditions or, more generally, the provisions of the Consumers' Code that apply only to "consumers" shall not apply. Contracts concluded with Longospeciality through the Website are governed by these General Terms and Conditions in compliance with Italian law. The language available to conclude the contract is Italian.
2. Choosing and Ordering Products
Le caratteristiche e il prezzo dei vari prodotti in vendita sul sito (di seguito “Prodotto” o “Prodotti”) sono commenti nella pagina relativa a ciascun prodotto. Per l'acquisto dei Prodotti il Cliente dovrà compilare e inviare il modulo d'ordine in formato elettronico, seguendo le istruzioni contenute nel Sito. Il Cliente dovrà aggiungere il Prodotto al “Carrello” e, dopo aver preso visione delle Condizioni Generali e della Politica di Privacy e confermato la loro accettazione, dovrà inserire i dati di spedizione ed eventuale fatturazione, selezionare la modalità di pagamento desiderata e confermare l' ordine. Con l'invio dell'ordine dal Sito, che ha valore di proposta contrattuale, il Cliente riconosce e dichiara di aver preso visione di tutte le indicazioni fornitegli durante la procedura d'acquisto e di accettare integralmente le presenti Condizioni Generali e di pagamento trascritte. Il contratto stipulato tra Longospeciality e il Cliente deve intendersi concluso con l'accettazione dell'ordine da parte di Longospeciality. Tale accettazione viene comunicata al Cliente attraverso un'email di conferma dell'ordine stesso contenente un rinvio alle presenti Condizioni Generali, il numero d'ordine, i dati di spedizione e fatturazione, l'elenco dei Prodotti ordinati con le loro caratteristiche essenziali e il prezzo complessivo, comprese le spese di consegna. Il Cliente controllerà l'e-mail di conferma e qualora gli individui degli errori nell'ordine avranno 12 ore di tempo dalla ricezione di tale e-mail per contattare il Servizio Clienti. Trascorso tale termine l'ordine verrà messo in lavorazione per la spedizione e non saranno più accettate modifiche, senza pregiudizio per i diritti del Cliente di cui al successivo articolo 7. Una volta ricevuto l'ordine, Longospeciality verificherà la disponibilità degli stock per l' evasione dell'ordine stesso. Nel caso in cui uno o più Prodotti non risultassero disponibili, il Servizio Clienti Longospeciality invierà tempestiva comunicazione via email al Cliente il quale, entro le successive 12 ore, avrà facoltà di rispondere per confermare la spedizione degli eventuali ulteriori Prodotti disponibili o annullarla. In caso di mancata risposta entro tale termine, l'ordine verrà considerato confermato e i Prodotti disponibili saranno messi in spedizione. Qualora solo pochi Prodotti non risultassero in stock, Longospeciality evaderà l'ordine con i Prodotti disponibili. In entrambi i casi, l'importo relativo ai Prodotti mancanti verrà stornato immediatamente a seconda del metodo di pagamento prescelto.
3. Product Information
The information and characteristics relating to the Products are available, with the relevant Product codes, on the Site. The visual representation of the Products on the Site, where available, normally corresponds to the photographic image accompanying the description sheet. It is understood that the image of the Products themselves has the sole purpose of presenting them for sale and may not be perfectly representative of their characteristics and quality but may differ in colour and size. In the event of a difference between the image and the written product description sheet, the product description sheet shall always prevail.
4. Prices and Shipping
Product prices include all taxes and duties. All prices are in Euro.

For countries New EEC: (Bulgaria, Cyprus, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania; Malta, Poland, Czech Republic, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary) 1-2 Packs, €114.68 (€94.50+VAT)
For all countries not mentioned or for more than the number of packages indicated, no direct orders can be placed, but it will be possible to request a customised quotation. Once Longospeciality has agreed on the price of the order, it will be possible to conclude the transaction directly from the site, taking the order from your profile.
5. Payment and Invoicing
The customer may either pay for each individual order or make a single payment by selecting several orders saved in his profile. If it is not possible to process orders automatically due to quantities or special conditions, the customer may request direct contact with a salesperson via the site. Due to the characteristics of this site, it is possible that a customer decides to invoice the order long after it has been saved in his profile. We advise users against this procedure, as products saved in the shopping cart may no longer be available.
5.1 Payment Methods
The Customer may pay the price of the Products and the relative delivery costs by credit card, PayPal or . 5.2 Invoicing of Orders
If the purchase is made by a professional, it shall be possible to request the issue of an invoice by checking the appropriate box during the order process and entering the invoicing data including tax code and/or VAT number. The professional is responsible for the correct input of the invoicing data and is expressly informed that, if the invoice is not requested during the order process, it will not be possible to request it later.
6. Transport and delivery
The Products purchased on the Site will be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer during the purchase procedure in the "Shipping Information" field. 7. Warranty and Conformity Defects
In the event of a lack of conformity of Products sold by Longospeciality, the Customer shall immediately contact Customer Service using the specific contact form accessible on the Website through the "Contact" tab or contact the servizio Pronto Longo +39 0331402194.
The legal guarantees provided for in Articles 129, 130 and 132 of the Consumer Code apply to the sale of Products. The Customer has the right, at his/her own choice and provided that the type of Product allows it, to have the conformity of the Product restored, free of charge, by repair or replacement, or to an appropriate price reduction, or to terminate the contract. The Customer loses these rights if he/she does not report the conformity defect to Longospeciality within two months from the date in which he/she discovered the defect, unless the Product is perishable by nature or subject to expiry in a shorter term, in which case the defect shall be reported within such reduced term.
8. Errors and Limitations of Liability
The information relating to the Products provided through the Website is constantly updated. However, it is not possible to guarantee the complete absence of errors, for which therefore Longospeciality shall not be held liable, except in cases of fraud or gross negligence. Longospeciality reserves the right to correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions even after an order has been placed, or to amend or update information at any time without prior notice, without prejudice to the Customer's rights under these General Terms and Conditions and the Consumer Code. Except in the event of wilful misconduct or gross negligence, any right of the Customer to compensation for damages or the award of an indemnity, as well as any contractual or extra-contractual liability for direct or indirect damages to persons and/or property, caused by the non-acceptance or non-fulfilment, even partial, of an order, is excluded. Longospeciality promotes the responsible consumption of alcoholic beverages and excludes any liability, except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence, in the event of purchases made by persons under 16 years of age.

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
The sale contract between the Customer and Longospeciality shall be deemed as concluded in Italy and governed by Italian law. For the settlement of disputes relating to the interpretation, execution or termination of these General Terms and Conditions or of individual purchase orders if the Customer is a consumer pursuant to the Consumer Code, the Court of the Customer's place of residence or domicile shall have exclusive jurisdiction if located in the Italian territory; in all other cases, the Court of Milan shall have exclusive jurisdiction, any other court being excluded.
Pursuant to Articles 1341 and 1342 of the Civil Code, the Customer declares having read and specifically accepted the following articles of these General Terms and Conditions: 6 (liability for late delivery), 8 (right to correct errors - exclusions of liability).
