Cuvée Prestige is created by blending Chardonnay, Pinot Bianco and Pinot Nero from numerous vineyards across Franciacorta, together with a selection of reserve wines. The grapes are processed according to the rigorous Ca’ del Bosco Method, and the wine is aged on the lees for an average of around 25 months. The result is a Franciacorta Extra Brut with a fine, persistent perlage; it is fresh, harmonious and elegant, characterised by great balance and a pleasant savoury note.
