Cuvée Prestige is created by blending Chardonnay, Pinot Bianco and Pinot Nero from numerous vineyards in Franciacorta, which are vinified separately and then blended with a selection of reserve wines. Ageing on the lees lends complexity and finesse, whilst maintaining a fresh and balanced profile. The perlage is delicate and persistent, whilst the palate is harmonious, elegant and pleasantly savoury.
