Made predominantly from Chardonnay with Pinot Noir, it is a blend of numerous vintage selections and reserve wines. The absence of dosage enhances its purest, most vertical character: the perlage is fine and continuous; the aromatic profile evokes fresh flowers and white fruit; whilst on the palate it stands out for its freshness, savouriness and elegance, with a long finish.
