Founded in Épernay in 1834, Boizel is a historic Champagne house that has been run by six generations of the same family. The Brut Réserve is the house’s flagship cuvée, created from a blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Meunier, and characterised by an elegant, precise and balanced style.
