This Metodo Classico Blanc de Blancs is made from 100 per cent Chardonnay: it is elegant, fresh and pleasantly mineral.

A Metodo Classico with a fine, lively perlage, characterised by aromas of citrus, toasted bread and delicate hints of pastries. On the palate, it is fresh, savoury and persistent, ideal with shellfish, fish dishes and vegetable-based first courses.
