Made from 100 per cent Nebbiolo grown in the Roggeri cru, at an altitude of around 300 metres, it comes from vines aged around 45 years on clay-limestone soils. It is aged in oak barrels and presents an intense and elegant profile, characterised by notes of fruit, sweet spices, violets and dried roses. On the palate, it is powerful and harmonious, with a dense tannic structure, good freshness and a long finish. Ideal with game, braised meats, mature cheeses and dishes featuring white truffles.
