Made from Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara grapes, it is produced from grapes left to dry naturally on bamboo racks during the winter months, thereby concentrating their aromas and structure. In the glass, it is intense and complex, with notes of plum, cherry and stewed fruit, accompanied by hints of coffee and cocoa. On the palate, it is rich, enveloping and balanced, with great length. Ideal with red meats, game and mature cheeses, or as a fine meditation wine.
