Rooted in our traditions yet committed to continuous innovation, we are always striving to generate tangible value. That's why, <strong>for the first time<\/strong>, we have decided to create a <strong>sustainability report<\/strong>. This virtuous action aims to be increasingly <strong>transparent and clear to our stakeholders<\/strong>, publicly sharing our everyday approach.<\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">In recent years, there has been growing awareness that <strong>nutrition<\/strong> plays a <strong>central role<\/strong> in addressing <strong>sustainability<\/strong> challenges. Although informally, we have always considered environmental and social aspects, and for quite some time, we have initiated initiatives in this direction. We apply this <strong>commitment<\/strong> in our <strong>daily work<\/strong> with the goal of dignifying food, which then assumes a primary role in improving quality, health, and the environment.<\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">With this report, we want to make our determination <strong>to continue in this direction<\/strong> explicit and formalize it to all our stakeholders. The document, referring to the year 2021, was <strong>voluntarily created<\/strong> with the support of specialized consultants. The document aims to identify and monitor the impacts of our activities, with the goal of <strong>controlling performance in the most critical areas from a sustainability perspective<\/strong>, assessing <strong>possible intervention options<\/strong> for further corporate development and growth in an ever-evolving market.<\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">In particular, we pay great <strong>attention to the selection of products<\/strong> we market and include in gift <strong>packaging<\/strong>, with a deep knowledge of the territory, suppliers, and <strong>their production processes<\/strong>. We also place equal importance on the choice of packaging and production processes, which must be respectful of environmental and social balances. To address this challenge with a comprehensive approach, we refer to the <strong>Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)<\/strong> outlined in the <strong>United Nations Global Agenda<\/strong> for sustainable development. We firmly believe that sustainable development is a goal that can only be achieved by contributing to a <strong>shared commitment<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">The <strong>sustainability report<\/strong> thus becomes an easily accessible tool, useful for communicating clearly to stakeholders what we are doing regarding sustainability issues.
