Salento IGP Primitivo “Primiter” – Calò (Puglia)

Its name comes from Latin meaning 'first' to emphasize that it's made from carefully chosen grapes. Partly vinified in steel, partly in oak barrels, it's an all-meal red wine with a ruby-red color.
