Mangiari di Strada restaurant, Milan was the perfect place to celebrate the 10th anniversary of Fuoricasello. The guide does not pass judgement but merely recommends restaurants close to motorway tolls. To celebrate the first ten years of the guide, an event was held at Mangiari di Strada, opening specially for the occasion. Attended by many personalities from the publishing and business world, and with Bruno Pizzul as our illustrious guest the subject was how this distinctive guide has diversified over the years.
The event was brought to life by chef Giuseppe Zen’s delicacies which, with popular gourmet traditional Italian cuisine, literally won over all the guests. Dishes included the classic baccalà mantecato, pane con lampredotto, pajata and pasta di baccalà, all accompanied by Champagnes from some of the finest wine-producing houses.
