Terms and Conditions for the Use of Images

The undersigned hereby formally grants permission and consent for the use, publication and transmission, free of charge and without any time limit, including pursuant to Articles 10 and 320 of the Civil Code and Articles 96 and 97 of Law No. 633 of 22 April 1941 – the Copyright Act – of any form of audio, video or photographic material in which I appear or am otherwise recognisable, in connection with the ‘Longo al Chiostro’ event on 24 September 2024, acknowledging that I have no claim whatsoever in respect of the aforementioned and irrevocably waiving any right, action or claim.  Any audio, video or photographic material that may undermine the dignity or decorum of the persons concerned will not be processed and will be deleted immediately. Publication or dissemination may take place on any social media platform (Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X, etc.), on websites, in print and/or via any other means of dissemination or publication, including non-traditional ones, and the participant authorises the retention of such material. Given that, once published, the material may be acquired and republished by third parties, the undersigned expressly indemnifies the organiser against any prejudicial consequences that may arise from any misuse or improper use by third parties.
