Castello Banfi adheres to the Alta Langa project dedicated to classic Piedmontese method sparkling wines with its own cellar in Strevi, where the sparkling wines are made. The grapes, Chardonnay and Pinot Nero della couvée come from vineyards in the highest hills of the provinces of Cuneo, Asti and Alessandria. It has a straw yellow color, a fine and persistent perlage, a fragrant scent reminiscent of vanilla. Fresh, slightly acidic, savory flavor. Ideal as an aperitif, it is perfect with shellfish and fish first courses.
